ViralZ (goviralz.co) is a creator-marketing platform operated by SoCoMo Technologies Private Limited (“ViralZ”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices — including data obtained through the Instagram/Meta platform when you connect your account.
Information we collect
Account & profile data you provide: name, email, phone, social handles, and campaign activity.
Instagram data (only if you connect your account): your Instagram professional account ID and username, access tokens issued by Meta, and the content of comments and messages needed to run the automations you set up (for example, sending a direct message when someone comments a keyword on your post). We request only the permissions required for these features.
How we use it
To operate the marketplace, match brands and creators, run campaigns, process payouts, and provide support.
To run the Instagram automations you configure — detecting the comments/keywords you specify and sending the replies or messages you define. We do not use your Instagram data for advertising or sell it.
How we store & protect it
Access tokens are encrypted at rest. We limit access to authorised systems and personnel and retain data only as long as needed for the service or as required by law.
Sharing
We share data with Meta/Instagram as required to operate the connected features, with payment partners to process payouts, and where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
Your choices & data deletion
You can disconnect your Instagram account at any time, which stops all automations and lets you request deletion of the associated data. You may also remove ViralZ from your Instagram settings, or request deletion via our data deletion page. To exercise any privacy right, email accounts@jugnoo.in.
