Data Deletion
You can delete your data from ViralZ (operated by SoCoMo Technologies Private Limited) at any time. To delete the data associated with your connected Instagram account:
- Open Instagram → Settings → Apps and websites and remove ViralZ; or disconnect Instagram inside the ViralZ dashboard.
- This immediately stops all automations and flags your data for deletion.
- Alternatively, email accounts@jugnoo.in from your registered address with the subject “Data deletion request”.
On removal we delete your stored Instagram tokens, connection details, automation rules, and processing logs. See our Privacy Policy for details.
